Buy Yourself A Church In Brussels

Are you looking for some special equity? In the center of Belgium’s capital Brussels you can find a 19th century church for sale.

The chapelle Sainte-Julienne was built in 1892 by the rich Arenberg family. Later on it got into the hands of the Caritas an NGO who passed it on to the government of Brussels 10 years ago. They never used it and now want to make some money from it: a minimum of 350 000 euros.

The church in neogothic style is of historical value: both the outside and interior are protected and therefore the biggest part of it can’t be changed. The stained glass windows of all colors, the illustrated life of Saint Julienne, the statues of saints make it really something very special.

Interested buyers can visit the church on Tuesdays and Saturdays. But you better be quick: the Romanian Orthodox Community of Brussels already made an offer of 450 000 euro.
